Education
Judge Drake received his undergraduate business degree from the University of Georgia and his law degree from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. In addition to his role as State Court Judge, Drake is also the current pastor of the Irwinton-Toomsboro-Salem United Methodist Church.[2]
Career
Judge Drake began his career as a private practice lawyer. In April of 1998, a few years after graduating from law school, he started his own law practice in Metter, GA. He also served as a Candler County Attorney. He was elected to the State Court in 2004.[2]
