Philip A. Lozano ran for judge on the Delaware County Magisterial District in Pennsylvania in 2011.

2011 election

Lozano won the Democratic party primary on May 17. He received 60.2% in the Democratic primary and 21% of the vote in the Republican primary.[1] He was defeated by Robert R. Burke in the general election, receiving only 39.6% of the vote.[2]
