A "yes" vote supported providing adjusted compensation, an honorarium, to residents of Montana on active duty in US military forces during World War Two by creating the war veterans compensation fund, issuing bonds, and an excise tax on cigarettes.

A "no" vote opposed providing adjusted compensation, an honorarium, to residents of Montana on active duty in US military forces during World War Two by creating the war veterans compensation fund, issuing bonds, and an excise tax on cigarettes.
