Maine: Governor John Baldacci nominated 3 new judicial candidates on Tuesday, February 9. The nominees are David Soucy for the District Court, Wayne R. Douglas for reappointment to the District Court, and William Brodrick for reappointment as an active retired Superior Court justice.[1][2]
