Lawsuit filed against Toyota in Georgia federal court

Georgia: Law firm Beasley Allen Crow Methvin Portis & Miles PC has filed a lawsuit against Toyota Motor Corp. and Toyota Motor Sales USA in the U.S. District Court Middle District of Alabama over allegations that Toyota knew about the defects in their vehicles and continued to market them as safe and reliable. The law firm has also filed complaints over "breach of implied warranty of merchantability, fraudulent concealment, unjust enrichment and breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing."[1]
