Additional juvenile court judgeship being considered

Utah: A revised version of Senate Bill 116 would add a judgeship to the 5th District Juvenile Court. The courts have approved the addition, but, due to budget restrictions, they want lawmakers to fund the new judge. The Senate Judiciary, Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Committee has also approved the bill.[1]
