“Shall the sale of wine and mixedbeverages and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday by Diamond Retail LLC, DBA More Than A Convenient Mkt, also known as More Than A Convenient Market an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of operating a grocery store at 666 Carnegie Ave, Suite L, Akron, Ohio 44314, in this precinct?”
