The Alabama Barbour County Trial Fee Amendment, also known as Amendment 10, was on the ballot in Alabama on November 8, 1994, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure proposed that in order to finance the design, construction and operation of a county jail in Barbour County, an additional fee may be charged on civil and criminal trials in the county.[1][2]
