Alabama Calhoun County School Districts Amendment (December 1973)

The Alabama Calhoun County School Districts Amendment, also known as Amendment 11, was on the ballot in Alabama on December 18, 1973, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure proposed that the school districts in Calhoun County, with the exception of the City of Anniston, should be able to institute a special ad valorem tax.[1]
