Anna F. Foster
Anna F. "Dina" Foster was a district court judge for the 27B Judicial District, serving Cleveland and Lincoln counties of North Carolina. She served in this position from 1999 until August 2013, when Foster moved to the State of Florida.[1][2][3][4]
Education
Foster received her undergraduate degree from the University of the South in 1987 and her J.D. degree from Mercer University School of Law in 1991.[5]

2012 election
Foster was re-elected to the 27B Judicial District without opposition on November 6, 2012.[6][7]
