Anne Norrdin is a judge of the 9th Judicial District in Colorado. She was appointed by Governor John Hickenlooper (D) on October 4, 2016, to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Daniel B. Petre. The 9th Judicial District serves Garfield, Pitkin and Rio Blanco counties.[1]
Biography
Norrdin received a bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado-Boulder and a J.D. from the University of Oregon. At the time of her judicial appointment, Norrdin was an assistant district attorney for the 9th Judicial District, which she started in February 2016. Prior to that, she was a deputy district attorney in the same office. Her professional experience also includes working as a deputy district attorney in the 1st Judicial District and as a law clerk at the district court in Boulder.[1]
