Bernadette T. Clark
Bernadette T. Clark is a justice for the Oneida County Supreme Court in the 5th Judicial District of New York. She was elected to this position for a term beginning in 2006 and ending in 2019.[1][2]
Education
Clark received her B.S. degree from St. Mary's College of Notre Dame in 1974 and her J.D. degree from Syracuse University School of Law in 1989.[1]
Career
Clark began her career in 1989 working for the New York firm of Bond Schoeneck & King. She served in the labor/litigation department of that firm until 1992, when she became a trial attorney with Petrone & Petrone, P.C. She then worked as a First Assistant District Attorney of Oneida County from 1994 to 2000.
Clark's judicial career began in 2001 when she was elected to the Oneida County Family Court. She was then elected to the Supreme Court in 2006.[1][3]
