Bert W. Rice is a judge on the Circuit 21 court in Alabama. He joined the court in 2007, following the retirement of Joseph B. Brogden.[1][2] His current term expires in 2018.

Education

Rice earned his B.A. from Auburn University and J.D. from the University of Alabama.[3]

Career

Rice was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 1974. Before serving on the Circuit 21 Court, he was a lawyer in Atmore, Alabama.[3]

2012 election

Rice was re-elected after running unopposed in 2012.[4][5]
