Bill Parker (Texas judge)

Bill G. Parker was a judge on the United States bankruptcy court, Eastern District of Texas. He was appointed on October 30, 1998, and reappointed to a 14-year term in 2012. He was elevated to chief judge and served in that position from September 1, 2003, to August 31, 2010, when he was succeeded by Judge Brenda Rhoades.[1][2][3][4]
Education
Parker earned a bachelor's degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and a J.D. from the University of Arkansas.[5]
