Brad Cruff

Brad Cruff is a judge on the Southeast Judicial District in North Dakota. He was elected to the court in 2012 and his term expires in 2018.
Education
Judge Cruff attended Valley City State University to earn his Bachelor of Arts and the University of North Dakota for his J.D.[1]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Cruff was the Barnes County attorney.[2]
Elections
2012
Cruff defeated Richard W. Grosz in the primary election on June 12, winning 60.72 percent of the vote.[3] The candidates competed again in the general election, and Cruff won 60.87 percent of the vote.[4]

Cruff ran against incumbent John T. Paulson and lost only receiving 28.21 percent of the vote.
