Brian Ferrall is a judge of the Superior Court of San Francisco County in California. Ferrall assumed office in 2020. Ferrall's current term ends on January 8, 2029.

Ferrall won re-election for judge of the Superior Court of San Francisco County in California outright in the primary on June 7, 2022, after the primary and general election were canceled.

Governor Gavin Newsom (D) appointed Ferrall to the court on November 13, 2020, to replace Charlene P. Kiesselbach.[1]

Although California Superior Court judges are elected in nonpartisan elections, a press release from Gov. Newsom's office announcing Ferrall's appointment on November 13, 2020, identified him as a Democrat.[1]
