A Braodview Hights City Levy Limits Amendment measure was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Cuyahoga County, which is in Ohio where it was approved.

This measure amended the Broadview Heights City Charter to establish a 4.2 mills limit for the fire and emergency services levy.[1]

Language on the ballot:

Shall Article XI, Section 2, of the Charter of the City of Broadview Heights be amended to provide that the 3.2 mills limit on the levy to fund a full-time fire and emergency medical service be changed to a rate not to exceed 4.2 mills for each one dollar of valuation on all property?[2][3]
