MacTavish ran for re-election as a Republican for the Jackson County Superior Court in 2010 and won. He received 3,792 of the votes in the primary. Opponent Mark E. Risser received 2,902 votes.[3]
Education
Bruce MacTavish received both his B.A. and his J.D from the Indiana University.[4]
