Candidates file for 21st District Court judgeships

Norman, Oklahoma:
- Three more candidates will join Sen. Jonathan Nichols in the race for Oklahoma 21st District Judge. Attorneys Michael C. Bell, Tracy Schumacher and Roger O. Housley are seeking Office No. 1 on this court, which was formerly held by Judge William Hetherington. Judge Rodney Ring, who is serving in this position temporarily, had decided not to seek re-election.
- The Norman municipal attorney, Jeff Harley Bryant is challenging incumbent Judge Tom A. Lucas for Office No. 3.
- Incumbent Judge Lori Walkley will face Charles L. Broadway in the race for Office No. 4.
- There is also a vacancy on the court in Office No. 2. Attorneys John A. Mantooth, Greg Dixon and Edward T. Tillery will compete for this position.
- An Associate Judge position will also be contested. J. Michael Sherrod, Michael Gardner and Ted L. Ryals will face incumbent Stephen Bonner.[1]
