Carmen E. Bosch is a senior family court judge of Circuit 28 in Baldwin County, Alabama. She was appointed to this position by Governor Bob Riley, effective July 3, 2006.[1][2][3] She ran unopposed for re-election in 2014.[4] Bosch's term will expire on January 17, 2021.[5]

Education

Bosch was raised in South Baldwin County. She graduated from the University of South Alabama with a B.S. degree in 1988. She went on to receive her J.D. degree from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1992. She is married to Scott Chin.[2]

Career

Bosch worked as an assistant district attorney for the 28th Judicial Circuit from 1993 until 2002. She was then elected to the Baldwin County District Court, where she served from 2003 until her promotion to the circuit court in 2006.[2]
