Carmine W. Prestia, Jr. was a judge for the Centre County Magisterial District in Pennsylvania. He was re-elected on November 5, 2013.[1][2] Prestia retired at the end of his term on January 6, 2020.[3]

Primary: He received 98.6 percent of the vote in the Republican primary on May 21, 2013. He cross-filed as a Democrat and also won that primary.
General: He won without opposition in the general election on November 5, 2013.[4][2]
