Biography
Charles Ulmschneider is a retired high school teacher. He is married to his wife Irma and they have two daughters that attend VUSD schools and one daughter that graduated from VUSD. Ulmschneider graduated from Christopher Newport University, a branch college of the College of William and Mary.[1]
