Charlie Grom is a Lieutenant in the Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department and lifelong resident of Modesto. He is a graduate of Grace Davis High and earned his Bachelor's degree from Stanislaus State University. He also earned his Master's degree from Biola University and was also trained by the California Peace Officers Standards and Training Command College. He is married to his wife Leta and they have three children all attending Modesto City Schools.[1]
