Circuit judge Mosby retires
January 28, 2010
Virginia: J. Leyburn Mosby, Jr. retired from the Lynchburg Circuit Court on January 28, 2010. He had served full-time on this court since 2001. He plans to continue to serve as a fill-in judge when needed.[1]
