A City of Alturas Water Rage Charge Increase, Measure Z ballot question was on the November 4, 2014 election ballot for voters in the city of Alturas in Modoc County, California. It was approved.
Measure Z authorized the city to add an additional $1.50 per meter to the city's water rates in order to fund mosquito abatement.[1]
