Ballot title

The ballot title for Measure 2 was as follows:

FOR the amendment of Section 5 of Article XXIV of the Constitution of the State of Colorado, providing that moneys in the old age pension fund at the end of any calendar year shall be used to pay future pensions and costs of administering said fund. 

AGAINST the amendment of Section 5 of Article XXIV of the Constitution of the State of Colorado, providing that moneys in the old age pension fund at the end of any calendar year shall be used to pay future pensions and costs of administering said fund.
