A Columbia Elementary School District bond proposition, Measure D ballot question was on the November 4, 2008 ballot for voters in the Columbia Elementary School District in Shasta County, California, where it was defeated.
If Measure D had been approved, it would have authorized the school district to borrow $9.5 million.
A 55 percent supermajority vote was required for approval.

Comparison
