Do you, as a sovereign citizen of Connecticut and the United States of America, direct our representative in the national congress to urge the president and the congress to take the lead in calling for amendments to the United Nations charter strengthening the United Nations into a limited world federal government capable of enacting, interpreting and enforcing laws to prevent war?
