Danny Y. Chou
Danny Y. Chou is a judge for Division 5 of the California 1st District Court of Appeal. He assumed office in 2023. His current term ends on January 4, 2027.
On February 17, 2023, Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) appointed Chou to succeed Justice Henry E. Needham. The California Commission on Judicial Appointments confirmed Chou's appointment on June 23, 2023.[1][2]
