David W. Boal
David W. Boal was a judge for the Twenty-Ninth Judicial District, Division 11, in Kansas. Boal was appointed to the court in 1999 by Governor Bill Graves to replace Judge Bill D. Robinson Jr.[1] Boal retired in 2016.
Education
Boal graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.A. and received his J.D. from the University of Missouri.[2]
Career
Prior to his appointment to the bench, Boal was in private practice from 1973 to 1999. He also previously served as a judge pro tem for Edwardsville's Municipal Court.[1]
