Dominick Motto is the president judge of the Lawrence County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Motto was first appointed to the court in 1994 by Governor Robert P. Casey Sr. He was then elected in 1995 and retained in 2005 and 2015.[2]

Motto earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his J.D. from Akron University Law School.[3]
