The election in Evansville Vanderburgh featured four seats up for general election on November 4, 2014. At-large incumbent Patricia Swanson ran against challengers Bix Branson, Douglas A. Chinn, Rance A. Ossenberg and Anthony W. Ricketts for one seat. Newcomer Jan Stricklin faced incumbent Christopher A. Kiefer for the District 1 seat, and Brian N. Murphy challenged board members Michael Duckworth and Andrew C. Guarino for two District 2 seats.
Challenger Rance A. Ossenberg defeated incumbent Patricia Swanson for the at-large seat, while incumbent Christopher A. Kiefer won against challenger Jan Stricklin. In District 2, board members Michael Duckworth and Andrew C. Guarino overcame newcomer Brian N. Murphy to retain their seats.
