Erithe A. Smith is a federal bankruptcy court judge for the United States bankruptcy court, Central District of California. She was appointed by the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit on May 2, 1994, and reappointed on May 2, 2008.[1][2][3]

Judge Smith attended received her Bachelor of Arts from Loyola Marymount University in 1979 and her J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California Berkeley in 1982.[1][3]
