Ferris W. Wharton is a judge for the New Castle County Superior Court in New Castle County, Delaware. He was nominated on May 16, 2014 by Governor Jack Markell and confirmed by the Delaware State Senate in June 2014.[1][2] Wharton was sworn into office on July 11, 2014.[3][4]

Education

Wharton earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware in 1974. He was awarded a J.D. from the University of Illinois, College of Law in 1978.[1]
