Finley Gibbs was a 2014 candidate for the 13th Judicial Circuit Court in Missouri.[1]

Gibbs ran for election to the 13th Judicial Circuit Court.
Primary: He was defeated in the Democratic primary on August 5, 2014, receiving 34.0 percent of the vote. He competed against Rob Fleming and Kim Shaw.

Education
Gibbs earned his B.A. in speech communication from the University of Missouri in 1988, attending both the Columbia campus and the St. Louis campus. He graduated from the University of Missouri Law School in December 1996 for his J.D.[3][4]
