Former Nevada Supreme Court justice dies

Nevada: E.M. "Al" Gunderson, former Chief Justice of the Nevada Supreme Court, died on Thursday, May 15, 2010 at the age of 80. He was first elected to the Supreme Court in November of 1970 and he served through 1988. He then gained senior status and continued to hear cases on a part time basis.[1]
