Measure C: "To acquire, construct, modernize, and improve school facilities, including replacing outdated heating and plumbing systems, replacing leaky roofs, and installing solar panels to reduce energy costs, shall Fort Bragg Unified School District be authorized to issue up to $16,000,000 in bonds at legally permitted interest rates, with a citizens' oversight committee, annual audits, and provided no funds are spent on administrator salaries?"[1] |
