Franklin L. Dacca is a district court judge for the Pierce County District Court in Pierce County, Washington.[1] He was appointed by the Pierce County Council in September 2003 and was re-elected by voters in 2014.[2][3]  His four-year term expired on January 6, 2019.[4]
