Education

Judge Hillary received his undergraduate degree from Ferris State University and earned his J.D. from Thomas Cooley Law School.[2]

Career

Before joining the bench, Judge Hillary was a sole practitioner with a focus on family law. He became a judge in January of 2001.[2]

2012 election

Hillary was one of four candidates running for two positions in the general election. He was re-elected on November 6, winning 39.35 percent of the vote.[3][4]
