Gary Percefull
Gary Percefull was the District 1 representative on the Tulsa Public Schools Board of Education in Oklahoma from 2003 to 2019. He was first elected to the seat in February 2003. He did not run for re-election in 2019.
Biography
Percefull graduated from Tulsa Memorial High School in 1972 and went on to earn a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Oklahoma. As of 2014, he was the president of the public relations firm The Scissortail Group Ltd., which specialized in events, media relations and government affairs.[1]
As of 2014, Percefull served on the boards of the Community Service Council of Greater Tulsa and the Southwest Tulsa Chamber of Commerce and on the steering committees of the East Tulsa Prevention Coalition and Tulsa Volunteer Center. He was married to Linda Jordan.[1]

The District 1 seat on the Tulsa Public Schools Board of Education was scheduled for election on February 10, 2015. However, Percefull was the only candidate to file for the race, which led to its cancellation.
Results
The election was canceled, and Percefull won re-election without opposition.
Funding
Percefull reported no contributions or expenditures to the Oklahoma Ethics Commission in this election.[2]
