Glenn S. Hara
Glenn S. Hara was a judge of the Hawai`i Third Circuit Court of Hawaii. He was nominated by Gov. Linda Lingle, approved by the Hawaii Senate, and sworn in on June 25, 2004.[1][2] Hara retired from the court in 2016.[3]
Biography
Hara earned a B.A. and a J.D. from Stanford University.[4] Hara began his legal career as a law clerk for former Supreme Court Justice Kazuhisa Abe. He has also worked as: a Judge Advocate General (JAG) officer in the U.S. Army and Hawaii National Guard; a State Deputy Attorney General; a Hawaii County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney; a private practice lawyer; and a per diem District Court judge (1982-87).[5]
