Greg Cowan
Greg Cowan was a 2012 Constitution Party candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 4th Congressional District of Missouri.
Biography
Cowan served 23 years in the Navy after enlisting as a seaman. He retired as a lieutenant commander in 2004.[1]

Cowan was defeated by incumbent Vicky Hartzler.[2] Cowan ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House to represent Missouri's 4th District. Cowan ran as a Constitution Party candidate.
