Greg Pinski was a judge of the 8th District Court in Cascade County, Montana. He was elected on November 6, 2012 to replace Thomas M. McKittrick, effective January of 2013.[1] Pinski resigned from office on October 2, 2020. [2]

Education

Pinski earned his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude in political science and journalism from the University of North Dakota in 1996 and his J.D., with distinction, from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1999.[1]

Career

Pinski was an attorney with the firm of Conner & Pinski, PLLP prior to his election to the 8th District Court in 2012.[1]

2012 election

Pinski was elected to the 8th District Court. He defeated Michael Rausch and Joseph M. Sullivan in the June 5th primary election and Steven T. Fagenstrom in the November 6th election.[1][3][4]
