Heather D. Morse
Heather D. Morse was a judge of the Superior Court of Santa Cruz County in California.[1] She was appointed by Gov. George Deukmejian (R) in July 1989 and retired from the bench on November 2, 2017.[2]
Biography
Morse earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco Law School. Prior to joining the bench, she was a deputy clerk for the Santa Cruz Municipal Court.[2]
