Heather Fryman is a judge for the Harrison, Nicholas, Pendleton and Robertson Counties Family Court of the 18th Judicial Circuit, which presides over Harrison, Nicholas, Pendleton and Robertson counties in Kentucky. She was elected in 2014 for an eight-year term commencing on January 5, 2015, and expiring on January 1, 2023. [1]

Fryman ran for election to the 18th Judicial Circuit.
Primary: She was successful in the primary on May 20, 2014, receiving 48.5 percent of the vote. She competed against incumbent Judge Barbara L. Paul, Sam W. Arnold III, and Eric Tedder.
General: She defeated Sam W. Arnold III in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 71.1 percent of the vote. [2][3] 

Education

Fryman received both her undergraduate degree and J.D. from the University of Kentucky.[4]

Career

Prior to her judicial election in 2014, Fryman served as an assistant attorney general for the Office of Criminal Appeals at the Office of the Kentucky Attorney General. She had also previously worked as an attorney in private practice.[4][5]
