Herbert appoints two judges to Utah's Third District Court

Utah: Yesterday, Governor Gary Herbert announced two appointees to fill vacancies on the Utah Third Judicial District. Andrew H. Stone is currently an attorney in private practice. Charlene Barlow serves in the Utah Attorney General's Office, as section chief of the Criminal Division. Both appointments must be confirmed by the Utah Senate.[1]
