A Hiram Township Road Tax Levy Replacement question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Portage County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the Hiram Township to replace a property tax levy of 2 mills ($2 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund road and bridge construction and repair.[1]
