Hollis C. Lewis
Hollis C. Lewis was a judicial candidate for Texas District 20 in 2012.
Education
Lewis received his undergraduate degree from Mercer University and his J.D. from the University of Utah.
Career
Lewis is in private practice. He began his legal career in the U.S. Army's JAG division. After he left the Army, he was an assistant county attorney in Bell County, county and district attorney in Milam County, and spent over 20 years in private practice.[1]
2012 election
Lewis ran for election to the 20th District Court and was defeated by incumbent John Youngblood.[2] Lewis had defeated fellow Democrat Norman E. Lanford in the primary election.[3]
