Idaho Powers of Probate Courts, SJR 4 (1956)

The Idaho Powers of Probate Courts Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 4, was on the November 6, 1956 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure states that probate courts shall be courts of record, and have jurisdiction in matters of probate, estate settlement and appointment of guardians.[1][2]
