Idaho Selection of Judicial Officers, SJR 2 (1934)

The Idaho Selection of Judicial Officers Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 2, was on the November 6, 1934 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure allowed Supreme Court and District Court judges to be nominated by the legislature in a nonpartisan manner, rather than be placed on any party ticket or ballot.[1]
